Availability: Some items are in stock and ship immediately. If an item is not in inventory, it will take three-four weeks to make it from the date of your order. If you need an item by a specific date, please e-mail me before ordering to make sure I can deliver it to you by the date you need it.

Shipping: Shipping costs for standard delivery are included in the listed price for the Continental US only. If you need rush delivery, please contact me for a quote. For other countries, Alaska and Hawaii, please e-mail me for a shipping quote. Occasionally one-off pieces will be offered. Generally these are larger pieces such as mosaic tables, and shipping will be charged at actual cost.

Returns: I'll accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Please package the item(s) well and insure the package. It's important that they are in the same condition when returned as when they left. Refunds are promptly issued.

Care of Pottery:
All functional pieces (hot plates, coasters, etc.) are heat resistant. All decorations are underglaze (the colors are underneath a fired glaze) and can safely be washed with soap and water. Care should be taken with the cork backing, however.

Decorative pieces, such as clocks, mirrors, etc. may be cleaned with a cloth and any glass cleaner. Pieces with overglazes of gold and platinum should be wiped gently with a soft cloth--please don't rub--a glass cleaner may also be used. Clocks use one AA battery which should last at least a year. A new battery is included with your clock.
